number which is local number to them. They can talk
to you as long they want.

number to them!). This way, they will bypass
international toll charges and talk to you like you

too good to be true, how do I know that there are no other
strings attached or hidden fees? There are no other
charges except for the monthly subscription and one time
adaptor cost and there are NO hidden fees. This is legal,

7. Can I cancel
at anytime, if so, how? If for any reason, you would
like to cancel, you can do so at anytime. Just email us at
care@igranet.com and request a cancellation of your account.
The only thing we would ask from you is to return the
adaptor in its original form and then we will carry out your
process.

8. How do I get
started? You have to first purchase the phone adapter
and then subscribe to any virtual phone numbers from our
list of numbers. The phone adapter will arrive in 3-5
business days and then you will follow the enclosed
instructions, and start using.

9. How do I
connect the phone adaptor? You just have to plug this
phone adaptor to any available port to your DSL/Modem.

10.Can I have
more than one number, for different cities from different
countries? Yes, you can. They will all ring to your
phone adapter.

out and call others using this adaptor, meaning is this
adaptor only for incoming calls? Yes, you can, but keep

added to your account/adaptor.
